I am writing you as a member of Czech Financial group which is involved in brokerage business for more then 15 years.
Me and my partners want to establish forex brokerage company. We are interested in Uruguay. Our decision is based on Uruguay good reputation, soft regulation from BCU and good Financial sector in Uruguay. Do you have experiences with brokerage servis obtaining and comunication with BCU authority?
We are looking long term partnership with legal and accountancy company, which will provide us necessary services on Uruguay teritory during our business in Uruguay running.
I would like to ask about your service. What could you arrange for us – establish company, arrange Uruguay forex licence, open Bank account? Could you provide us legal overview and legal obligation Framework? Could you describe us our legal obligation during company establishing and brokerage licence obtaining? Could you provide us full service?
We would like to ask, if our physical presence in Uruguay is necessary.
We would like to ask you also for more information with forecast of cost and your revenue for establishing company with forex license and bank accounts on behalf this company (international bank is appreciated). Also we would appreciate time schedule of this process.
